The Paralegal Division (PD) has finalized its plans for the 2014 Annual International Trip. In 2014, the Paralegal Division is sponsoring a trip in conjunction with ACIS and traveling to Vienna and Prague. FEE WITH AIR INCLUDED: Fee is based on registration by October 31, 2013 [Departing DFW/Houston - $5,046; Midland/Amarillo - $5,286, Austin/San Antonio - $5,106; Abilene - $5,386; other cities available for departure (includes program fee and departure fees)] Additional/Optional fees: Single room supplement: $420; Ultimate Protection Plan: $270; Comprehensive Protection Plan: $225
LAND ONLY FEE: (if you wish to make your own air travel arrangements): $3,779.
FEES BASED ON 20 PERSONS: Airfare and Hotel (double room) with daily breakfast; also included in price: (3) lunch, (2) dinners, 24-hour tour guide, bus transportation, and all tours listed in details.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Deadline for registration is October 31, 2013; Initial non-refundable deposit is $300; second payment of $500 is due November 15, 2013; third payment of $500 is due on December 16, 2013, with balance due on January 31, 2014. Automatic payment is available; there will be a one-time $40 convenience fee charge for credit card payment after initial registration fee.
