Cicayda presents a CAPA Brown Bag CLE Event for paralegals: 

"EDiscovery for Intelligent Paralegal-ing" presented by Marc Jenkins, Esq. of Cicayda (NALA/TBLS pending).

Speaker: Marc Jenkins is vice president of knowledge strategy for Cicayda, a litigation support software and services company based in Nashville.  He is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Vanderbilt University Law School where he teaches a course on Electronic Discovery and Information Governance. He is a member of the Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production, a founding member of the Prometheus Project (Nashville Friends of E-Discovery), and a member of the Organization of Legal Professionals Advisory Council and the Gerson Lehrman Group on Legal & Regulatory Affairs.  Before joining Cicayda, he was the founder and managing partner of Hubbard & Jenkins, where he focused on information and litigation risk management, and a partner with Hubbard Berry & Harris, where his diverse law practice included healthcare, TennCare/Medicaid and commercial litigation, government contracting and relations, and land use, zoning and eminent domain.
