Announcing Travis County 2022 Expunction Expo and CLE!

The Travis County 2022 Expunction Expo will be held on June 11th from 9am-4pm in Pflugerville. (Address will be provided upon registration) The Expo will be hosted by Travis County District Attorney José Garza and Travis County Attorney Delia Garza, Travis County District Clerk Velva Price.

The first Expunction Expo was held in 2020. At that event, attorney volunteers helped hundreds of community members expunge their Travis County criminal records, allowing them better access to both housing and jobs, as well as giving them a sense of relief.

We are expecting over 300 people to be approved by the County to participate in the Expo. Volunteer Legal Services is recruiting volunteers to staff either a Morning or Afternoon shift on June 11th.

TRAINING CLE:       There will be an Expo Volunteer Attorney Training CLE via Zoom organized by the offices of the Travis County District Attorney, Travis County Attorney and Travis County District Clerk. This CLE will explain the expunction and Expo processes.
