presents a CAPA Brown Bag Event:

"Understanding Technology-Assisted Review (TAR) and Applying Best Practices" presented by Lindsay Stevens, Liquid Litigation Management, Inc. (NALA/TBLS pending)

Technology-Assisted Review, sometimes known as predictive coding, has been a buzz word in the legal technology industry for the past couple of years, but do you really know what TAR does? This presentation will define technology-assisted review and debunk common misconceptions. The different kinds of techniques and methods used in TAR will also be discussed, including random vs. judgmental sampling.  Finally, the speaker will review high-profile cases from the past year and what best practices can be gleaned from those matters.

Liquid Litigation Management, Inc. will provide lunch.

Please register online by Noon on Tuesday, January 15, 2013.

Parking available on the street.
