HOW TO REGISTER:  Register by April 18, 2018 and pay ONLINE through the CAPA website!  Late registration for an additional $20.00 from April 19, 2018 through April 26, 2018.  You will receive an email confirmation after registration. 

PAYMENT METHOD:  Pay with a credit card or PayPal account online through the CAPA website or bring a check to registration. Please make checks payable to CAPA.  If paying with a firm check, please list all attendees on check.
