The trial teams are made up of noteworthy and well-respected lawyers who are also members of ABOTA. This mock trial demonstration is presented before a highly respected local jurist. The trial will include witnesses, experts, courtroom visuals, and even a jury who will render a verdict. Attendees will be able to view the jury deliberations live, on-screen in the seminar room.
The faculty will demonstrate how to handle complex dram shop case — all in one day!
Whether you are a novice or seasoned trial lawyer, plaintiff or defense counsel, this program will assist you in your practice. This seminar is designed to teach by example, and the skills you will observe are applicable to all civil cases and to how you should conduct yourself as an officer of the court.
